26 Unique Dining Stations
The Main Dining Hall features full service and interactive dining stations. Interactive dining stations allow students to create their own dishes from a variety of fresh ingredients, preparing their dishes with the amounts they desire. Twice a semester, our executive chef on campus will run demonstration cooking classes teaching students how to enhance their understaing of cooking and eating healthy!
The following stations are available all day.

Bread & Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast items all day long with a wide variety of cereals and other cold breakfast items.

Health & You
Make your own yogurt parfait or trail mix form an assortment of yogurts, nuts and dried fruits.

Grill & Halal Grill
Made-to-order grilled and charbroiled items and a seperate grilland utensils for Halal grill items.

Baked to Perfection
Enjoy the fresh aroma of freshly baked items all day long including breakfast bread, rolls, muffins, cookies and croissants.

Hershey’s Ice Cream
Hershey's brand hard ice cream, fulll ine of toppings, cones and soft ice-cream.

Fruitopia
In season fresh-fruits from around the globe.

Waffle Station
Made to order, fesh belgium waffles with a variety of toppings.

Deli & Paninis
Boar's head cold cuts, wide assortment of breads, rolls and wraps. Heat up a sandwich and make a pannini! Take your creation to the make your own pizza station and put through the impinger oven to create a Quiznos-like hot sandwich.

Steamed to Perfection
NJ Fresh organic vegetables with organic sauses and seasonings. Heat up the veggies in a steamer and have a healthy meal any time of the day.

Salad Bar
Fresh-cut vegetables, fruits and specialty salads served on a daily basis along with a wide variety of toppings and dressings.

Sweet Dreams
