Eating a healthy breakfast does more than cut the risk of binging later on- it revs your metabolism, provides energy for you body and brain, and is a key strategy for weight loss and maintenance. Once a semester, the campus Dietician, Christine Schmitt, will set up an information booth. She will meet individually with students and share nutritional information with them. She will also reiterate that for any person, whether for diet, religious or medical reasons, that a special daily menu can be prepared for them as we are currently doing for other students.

Healthy dining is our main priority. Our Dieticians work with executive chefs to create dynamic, well balanced cycle menus.
