Healthy Dietary Tip:
Eat enough calories but not too many. Maintain a balance between your calorie intake and calorie expenditure—that is do not eat more food than your body uses. The average recommended daily allowance is 2000 calories but this depends on your age sex height

    Once a semester, the campus Dietician, Christine Schmitt, will set up an information booth. She will meet individually with students and share nutritional information with them. She will also reiterate that for any person, whether for diet, religious or medical reasons, that a special daily menu can be prepared for them as we are currently doing for other students.

    Healthy dining is our main priority. Our Dieticians work with executive chefs to create dynamic, well balanced cycle menus.
